Business cards and new equipment

Hello there!

I finally finished my business cards! I was having trouble with messing them up, but I finally got them done. I made business cards for my photography as well as my jewelry business, and even made gift cards for both businesses! 

I'm so excited, because I've often had people ask me for a business card, and I didn't have one. I'm also excited about the gift cards. 

Last week, I got a new addition to my photography equipment. 

a beautiful little 50 mm lens! I've been wanting one for a long time, so I chose it as payment for an engagement and wedding I'll be shooting. I love how light it is, how well it works in low light, and the beautiful quality of the pictures. 

It came in just in time for my busy month! I have an engagement shoot this Friday, a family shoot next week, and a wedding at the end of the month! It is taking some getting used to, because of having to zoom with my feet, and self portraits being almost impossible. But other then that, I have no complaint. 

My next purchase I'd like to make is a zoom lens.

and then a wide angle lens.

I'll only be updating this blog when I do a photo shoot, or to update about my business.
